How it works?

Artificial Bouquet Service

1. Showroom Visit (Recommended)

• For bouquets and buttonholes, we highly recommend visiting our showroom to view our artificial floral options in person.

• You can see samples, feel the quality, and choose flowers that best suit your wedding style.

• Quote will be given accordingly.

2. If You Can’t Visit

• You can send us reference images instead.

• We’ll then share photos of the floral options we have that closely match your preferred style and give you a quote.

3. Flower Selection & Sourcing

• We aim to finalise your flower selection early, as sourcing new floral materials can take up to two months.

4. Booking & Deposit

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your date and chosen items.

• You’re welcome to make changes to your order afterwards, provided we haven’t already prepared or purchased stock specifically for your order.

5. Mock‑Up & Review

• We typically begin preparing your bouquet around 2 months before your wedding.

• Please note that back‑and‑forth adjustments may take some time.

• You’ll receive photos or videos of the mock‑up, or you can visit our showroom to review it in person.

• You can share feedback, and we’re happy to make adjustments—please allow approximately 3 business days for each alteration.

6. Final Payment & Collection

• The remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding.

• Once payment is received, your bouquet will be ready for collection.
