How it works?

Ordering Process

1. Enquiry

Share your wedding date, theme, colours, and the items you need (e.g. bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, tossing bouquets, buttonholes, corsages).

Inspiration photos are welcome.

2. Quote

We’ll prepare a quote based on your style and requirements so you know the pricing before booking an appointment.

3. Showroom Visit

If you’re happy with the quote, book a time to visit our showroom to view the flowers in person, discuss your design ideas, and see samples.

4. Booking

Confirm your booking with a 30% deposit to secure your order and wedding date.

5. Design Approval

We’ll design your bouquet(s) and may send you photos for approval before finalising.

6. Final Payment & Collection/Delivery

Pay the remaining balance by the agreed date.

Collection – pick up from our showroom.

Delivery – available at an additional cost.
