Artificial Bouquet Service – How It works?

💌 1. Get a Quote First

Start by sending us:
• Your inspiration photos or reference our previous work
• Items you’re after (e.g. bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes)
• Quantity and approximate sizes for the bouquets

Our team will review your request and confirm if we can create a similar style, along with a detailed quote.

🌿 2. Review & Confirm

• Once you receive the quote, feel free to ask questions or request minor adjustments
• If you’re happy to proceed, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and event date

🌷 3. Visit Our Showroom (Optional but Recommended)

• You’re very welcome to visit our showroom to view our flowers in person prior to confirming your order
• You can select or refine your preferred flower combinations and colours
• This step is especially helpful if you’d like to customise your bouquet

🌼 4. Finalise Your Flowers

• We’ll confirm your final flower selection and design direction
• Any special flower requests may require additional lead time depending on availability

💐 5. Preparation & Preview

• Your bouquets are usually prepared around 1 month before your wedding
• We’ll share photos/videos for your review, or you can visit us in person
• Minor adjustments are welcome (please allow a few business days for changes)

🌺 6. Final Payment & Collection

• The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding or collection date
• We’ll arrange a suitable time for pick-up from our showroom
